We celebrated Gemma's Baptism on September 5, 2010. We were blessed by Uncle Lance coming from London and staying with us for over a week. Lance is Gemma's God Father and Mary is her God Mother. My entire family came up to help us celebrate this blessed day and we had a great bar-be-que and pool party afterwards!

This is the expression on Gemma's face every morning as she wakes up. She is the smiliest sweetest baby...Ryan and I are blessed with such a happy baby. Ewan is really starting to enjoy making her smile but I know he will really love it when she is chasing him around the house!

Gemma is 3 months now! We headed to our favorite friend and photographers house for a little mini session to capture how big and beautiful she is getting. We also Baptized Gemma at All Saints Catholic Church in Dallas on Sunday, Sept 5, 2010. Her Uncle Lance is her wonderful Godfather and Aunt Mary is her loving Godmother!

Laura came over last week for a visit with her daughter Mac...she wanted to show Dr. Norah her new purple cast...pretty cool but a bummer in the middle of the summer! We did a mini 2-month session. Gemma wasn't too keen to smile but we finally got some cute pics of eyes open!

Ewan asked to hold Gemma today...he was done in about a minute but I love to see that he cares about her. Despite being a T-rex, he is always gentle around her!

I was having fun taking photos of Gemma and Ewan just this week...9 weeks of age. She is so happy if she is just in sight of what is going on around the house. She likes the bouncy seat and usually sits in it on the island while we are eating dinner.
Close up...her eyes are getting a bit lighter but I'm still not sure what her ultimate hair color will be...time will tell!
